Mr. Pol is an Investment Analyst at Meridia. His responsibilities include the analysis and execution of investment opportunities, financial modelling and valuation, as well as the preparation of investment materials and business plans.

Prior to joining Meridia as an analyst, Mr. Pol completed an internship within the firm's investment team, where he supported the evaluation and underwriting of investment opportunities. He also gained experience at Deloitte through a Summer Internship, participating in financial analysis, due diligence processes and transaction-related assignments.

Mr. Pol graduated with Honors from ESADE Business School, holding a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) with a Minor in Finance.
