Mr. Del Hoyo joined Meridia’s Project Management team in September 2022. Meridia is one of the few investment institutions within the real estate industry with an in-house Project Management team.

He oversees all CapEx matters. After the acquisition process, this covers technical due diligence and potential CapEx/refurbishment project analysis through to the project development across all its phases.

Prior to joining Meridia, Mr. Del Hoyo worked at Savills for more than four years as a Technical Consultant and Technical Property Manager managing numerous real estate projects. Previously he worked for more than four years as an Electrical Engineer for leading companies in the sector.

He holds an Energy Engineering degree from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain) and a master’s in Real Estate Consultancy from Savills - Aguirre Newman.
