Ms. Dalla-Chiesa is an Associate Investment Director at Meridia. Her responsibilities include the analysis and execution of investment opportunities as well as the preparation of business plans and valuation materials.

Prior to joining Meridia in 2019, Ms. Dalla-Chiesa worked for over four years at Deloitte as part of its Financial Advisory team. Working in the M&A Transaction Services Department she participated in projects that included debt refinancing, operating restructurings, execution of business plans and valuations. She also participated in buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes.

Ms. Dalla-Chiesa holds a degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School (Spain).
