Ms. Sibaja is a Marketing Analyst at Meridia. Her role includes supporting external and internal communications, branding and content creation. Prior to joining Meridia in 2026, Ms. Sibaja interned at Urbania Costa Rica in both the Marketing and HR department. She was responsible for internal communications as well as social media and digital channels. Previously, she has interned at 2Costa Rica Real Estate in the marketing department, where she developed and implemented a new communication plan for the company.

Ms. Sibaja holds a Bilingual Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication from Universidad de Navarra (Spain) and a Master of Arts in Communication Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra Business School (Spain).
