Mr. Bosch works within the Legal & Compliance team, where he is responsible for guiding and supervising the legal aspects of Meridia’s transactions, as well as overseeing internal management and compliance matters.

Before joining Meridia, he practiced as a lawyer in Madrid and Barcelona in the M&A and Real Estate Department of leading Spanish law firm Uría Menéndez, where he advised national and international clients on complex corporate and real estate transactions.

Mr. Bosch holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universitat de València, where he graduated with honours in Business Administration, and a Master’s in Business Law from ESADE.
