Ms. López is responsible for asset managing a portfolio of real estate assets across Spain, mainly in Barcelona and Madrid.

She joined Meridia in 2016. Prior to that, she worked at CBRE as a Lease and Contract Manager. Her main responsibilities included drafting, supervising and controlling the Lease Contracts Department as well as managing the community of owners. Before that, she worked in the fields of civil and commercial law, especially regarding contractual and commercial issues.

Ms. López holds a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) and a master’s in Real Estate from the Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain).
