Victor Iborra is a Real Estate Investment Partner at Meridia, where he plays a central role in defining and executing the firm’s real estate investment strategy. He leads the full investment lifecycle — including origination, underwriting and execution of transactions, as well as overseeing value creation and exit strategies — across the different investment vehicles.

Since joining Meridia in its inception in 2007, Mr. Iborra has been instrumental in the growth and institutionalisation of the firm’s real estate platform. Over the years, he has led and executed more than €1.5bn in transactions, contributing decisively to Meridia’s positioning as a leading investment manager in the Spanish real estate market.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Zurich Insurance Company and in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in London. He also held finance and corporate development roles at Amazon Spain, Unilever and Grupo Abrisa.
