Meridia contributes to latest ICO publication on sustainable construction
Meridia has co-authored the sixth edition of the Sustainable Finance and Circular Economy Papers, a publication by Fundación ICO in collaboration with Afi, dedicated this year to sustainable construction.
In the article titled “La construcción sostenible en las inversiones inmobiliarias”, Meridia shares its on-the-ground experience transforming assets through its “Brown to Green” approach. Meridia has reached an agreement to acquire Skypark Valdebebas, with final closing expected to take place in December 2025. The asset is a prime multifamily residential complex located in one of Madrid’s most growing and dynamic submarkets.
