We currently provide advisory services in Spain. Meridia Advisory Services manages the portfolio of assets owned by the global private markets investment manager Partners Group AG.
The portfolio—formerly part of Meridia II—initially comprised 18 buildings located mainly in Barcelona and Madrid, spanning a total gross leasable area of 91,000 sq.m. Most of the assets were successfully realized, and currently, only 2 buildings remain.
