- Meridia served as advisor on the acquisition of the Catalan Employment Service (Servei dÓcupació de Catalunya). This civic center asset had a total GLA of 9,917 sqm plus 128 parking spaces.
- Meridia served as advisor on the acquisition of a nursing home in Molino de la Hoz, Madrid, with 250 beds.
- Meridia served as advisor on the acquisition of the Autonomous Community of Madrid's juvenile court headquarters, with a total GLA of 6,585sqm plus 112 parking spaces..

We currently provide advisory services in Spain. Meridia Advisory Services manages the portfolio of assets owned by the global private markets investment manager Partners Group AG.
The portfolio—formerly part of Meridia II—initially comprised 18 buildings located mainly in Barcelona and Madrid, spanning a total gross leasable area of 91,000 sq.m. Most of the assets were successfully realized, and currently, only 1 building remains.
