Spanning over 11,350 square meters, this state-of-the-art facility is primed for single-tenant leasing. Not only does it meet the highest industry standards, but it also champions #sustainability with its BREEAM® España "Excellent" rated certification for sustainable development and an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate, aligning with Meridia´s commitment to environmental responsibility. The deal has been closed with a financing from Santander.
